Crossed fingers no not yet. I laid In some extra weather stripping around the top four edges and silicon sealed every nook and cranny I though looked suspect. One side is my kitchen and the other is my battery and power box :)

I used a different box also from Harbor freight in a different way and I turned them in the tables the top I used to put my cooking stuff on and then I use the fender underneath as my prep board cooking area

I flipped two on their side and mounted them on my scout trailer? Got them from harbor freight. They have one their that has a zero clearance lid?! It will open to the front, unless you bought 2 put them is at an angle \ /

We have liquid spring on one of our 450 type 1 ambulance, it’s prone to leaking about every six months and repairs are costly. We only ever had one in the fleet. Ymmv

Invest in some of the oem interior switch components that vintage plastic does not age well and they get fragile

One of my slides broke and I’m still trying to get one hat works. First were wrong length, second set didn’t line up with the holes, third lines up locks shut but won’t lock in the open. Is the main box drivers side but had to go so here I am
