I don't believe the "it won't fade" people. I had Line-X in my last pickup. It had UV protectant, and it was warrantied against fading. After three years it was gray instead of black. I made them re-spray.
My wealth of (or lack of) personal experience does not matter. It seems to me that whatever myself or anyone else posts, you just disregard it immediately and re-state your same argument.

I'm sure you know the difference between owning a vehicle which is legally converted and bringing in a "nice Tdi in England, having it shipped to Canada, and just driving it across?"

pretty cool that Customs has so much time on its hands to sit and confirm whether or not your car is diesel or gas or it says the correct fuel type on the registration.

I'm with michaels. Sell the 109 and use that for your cash influx for the real estate. Keep the 110. NAS 110's are not going to get any cheaper. Even with people bring in 1985 D110's, the NAS 110's are still holding value.
