Looks good. I cant tell in the picture but if those ceiling anchors are in solid beams overhead, I would just let it hang by those and relieve the stress on the rest of the system. The hanging weight on four anchors is a lot less than the weight on some of those single points. Just use the winch...

I am looking at the same setup. I do not have it yet but after watching many videos, I want to try folding it up partly in a manner the the part contacting the ground is enclosed (to keep dirt contained) and then laying it inside the tent prior to closing it up. I have no idea if it would work...
