Fixed the link - there's one on that page for $35,000. Anther looks extremely clean up for auction that's left-hand drive. I'd take an average of the FJ prices, take some percentage off for their expected profit, then add back for the diesel. You may end up in the avg. FJ range in the end.

Steal one more idea - just put 12 volt bulbs in the housings and your're done. It's standard bulb, similar if not identical to the ones found on CJ/YJ/YJ Jeeps. Take a 24 volt to your local auto supply store and tell them you want to the 12 volt version.

I'd start off with whatever the tire calls for on the sidewall. If the trailer gets too bouncy, you can always lower the pressure. Higher pressure == better gas mileage on a long trip.

Pelican mod for sure - baggage handler rated, water/air tight, extension handle, roller wheels, bullet-proof [sic]. I got a few 1650's off eBay or CL for under $100 each, bought a generic organizer kit and here's a proof of concept. For a sense of scale, that's a king-sized bed.

There are also pintles that mount to a 2" receiver, so that's an option.
