Lets see some full size pictures...

Yeah I went up through Bishop. Are there other ways you can access it? Overall I thought the trail was fairly mild, just a few spots I had to take it slow.

Here's my humble submission. '13 Silverado on a recent trip to Coyote Flats.

Nice! Do you have a write up on your drawer system? I'm looking at building one, any recommendation on good drawer slides?

    Silverado Expedition Truck

Awesome truck! Thinking about doing a bed drawer system similar to yours. Do you have a link to the drawer slides you used?

Any Fully built F150 expedition builds?

I'm pretty sure I just saw that truck driving up the 395, sort of near Ridgecrest.

Any Fully built F150 expedition builds?

I get it, sorry for being a bit slow in the head. I guess I couldn't see the sarcasm behind the text. The consensus here seemed to be that a half ton was not worth getting for an expo vehicle.

Any Fully built F150 expedition builds?

I'm not quite following you. If you're referring to parts availability around the world I would understand why 1/2 tons are not a good platform. I guess was thinking more on a domestic stance, because the majority of expedition vehicles here in the US are not diesels. I'm not trying to argue...

Any Fully built F150 expedition builds?

May be a dumb question, but if a 1/2 ton has a much higher payload than most expo vehicles (Tacomas, JK's, 4 runners, etc.), how would it be a bad choice for an expo vehicle? I mean this concerning payload, not so much wheelbase. I feel that most expo travel is not too serious of off-road...

I like that, it's simple and cheap.

    Storage Setup In Jeep Wranglers

I'm liking the looks of the nets, those seem like they would come in pretty handy. Also the storage box on the tailgate is cool, I know I saw that somewhere, either on here or searching online for storage options. Thanks!

    Storage Setup In Jeep Wranglers

Wow that's a lot of stuff, thanks! And I'm not looking to pack it full of stuff, I was just curious whether or not I had room to permanently store essentials such as the recovery gear, tools, and spare parts. The jeep I'm looking at has a roof rack, so for those extended trips I can always...

    Storage Setup In Jeep Wranglers

Thanks for the info, and with the under-seat bestop box it didn't look very big, but it would be good to hold things like my phone, or camera, and the like.

    Storage Setup In Jeep Wranglers

I'm looking at buying a 2003 rubi, so obviously its a 2dr rig. I know there is not much room to store anything inside the vehicle, but I was curious if anyone had any pictures of their storage setup in their wranglers. I'm mainly looking to have a small storage setup where I can keep my...

07 sierra, where do you put the supplies??

I have a '99 Silverado, I since I have stereo stuff under the back seat I bought an under rail tool box. I picked it up on craigslist for $40, which isn't a bad deal. If I were you I'd go for one of those, they have more than enough room to hold all the stuff you mentioned.

What kind of rig to get?

That is possibly what I might end up doing, it is just sad to think about that happening lol. I really enjoy the outdoors, exploring and camping. But I can wait its just not exactly my #1 choice. And about the bike, that is a great idea, except that would only allow me to travel alone, and I...

What kind of rig to get?

I've made a few posts around here about getting a new car, partly just because I have no clue what I am going to be doing about the car situation. Anyways I have a 2wd silverado that gets terrible gas mileage and I am a poor college student. So I'm looking into selling it to buy a more fuel...

    Craigslist Add, advice

Well the truck I have now averages about 11mpg, but it is a 2wd so it is not very handy. I've been wanting to upgrade to a 4x4, I wasn't seriously looking, just kinda browsing around this and noticed that it was in my price range with relatively low miles

    Craigslist Add, advice

http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/cto/2223223695.html Any ideas? How good of a truck are the 5.8s? Are these generally reliable trucks? Is this a good deal?

    Any Expo Broncos?

If I am remembering correctly that black thing is a hearse that Speed Unlimited built in a 4x4 challenge on a tv show I saw a while back. It was a challenge between two companies(not sure who the other was) to see who could build the best 4x4 hearse. But it was cool to see them race those...
