Yes, used a different corner and this one works much better, no flex and therefore no rattles, squeaks, or flex. Already ordered more supplies to build a second unit, might try out Accuride lock out slides on it too. Also planning on working with a woodworking company with a CNC machine to make...

These corners I posted a link to suck, don’t use them. They leave a very small gap which creates flex in the unit. I wrote the manufacturer who was uninterested in fixing their mold to fix what I consider to be a defect as too much material sticks out on 2 sides of the corner and creates the gap.

I'm not satisfied with the stiffness of the corner components I have been using and will be making some modifications in the next couple weeks to test a new design. In the meantime I did a test fitting of this drawer system into a friends 4runner to see how well it fit.

Thanks for noticing the P38! Yeah I don't ever have to worry about finding my vehicle on the trail, even at Land Rover Rally's the P38 is the rarest vehicle there. Everything is harder due to a lack of aftermarket parts but the vehicle has rarely let me down and is surprisingly flexy with little...

the reason for the newer date on the front air spring i have a picture of is because i had to warranty it again after it pulled the bag off the crimp ring...that was when i converted to springs. :)

Range Rover P38 Arnott Gen III, Gen II, EAS Buddy Box, misc parts

Selling some barely used Arnott Gen III air springs. I warrantied the ones I had for years and had these installed for about 750 miles before changing my mind and converting to springs. Only a few months old and in near new condition. Also for sale is a EAS Buddy Box, 2 Arnott Gen II air...

More info on build and I attached the drawer system to the base plate tonight For those of you who asked about what parts I used. I used 30mm aluminum extrusion, lots of stainless steel button head bolts, 1/2" baltic birch drawers, one of them is 10" tall the other is 8" tall...after accounting...
