You might also try to prop up the unit inside the box. If not, I would most certainly cut the bucket to make it work. That is a very heavy drawer, and you could also consider making one from composites..... :) :) :) :)

I made a mistake of my own when I welded mine. I did not count on the weight with the tire on it and it swings in about 1/2 inch below the latch but I just lift it up to engage the latch.

Bingo. I kept trimming the tent awning poles until they worked. Id say one pole was shortened by 10 inches and one by 8. I think yours is very similar to mine. Better relationship here in my walkaround video. 9:20 in more specifically.

I have seen more issues with the state of California registering this trailer. I did not have a vin. Back 4 years ago..... Colorado State inspection issued me one. Same day i was rocking. Just keep working at it. It will be all worth it.

I solved the awning issue several threads back by making a couple of aluminum blocks. You can dig it up in this thread or watch the Smitty walkaround vids on my youtube channel. That would give you an idea how to skin it. Welcome and glad the first trip was a great one. Many more to come.

It usually seats when weight is on that panel. My tepui kuggenam xl is the same way. The fabric is holding it up until you weigh it down. Moisture will also relax the fabric to seat it. Dont worry about it.

62.5 inches wide 3x3 inch bumper. You can actually cut a square hole front and back and leave top and bottom and then insert the hitch carrier through..... wink wink... :) There is enough room. 5 inch extension on the swingarm latch. Hope this helps...

It is very easy in just about all other than deep mud to move the trailer with the XO750.
