Well, that was something...

If l'm roughing it, wilderness camping, usually stop and prepare dinner somewhere in route about an hour before l get to camp. And throw away all related items, trash, in route at bear proof recepticals. Did this whenever rough camping or at remote campgrounds in Alaska or surrounding areas...

Made a few necessary repairs. Had the exhaust manifold gasket start leaking in Tok, on the way back. And didn't like the way the rear shocks felt about a 1/3 of the way into the trip. Yesterday, tackled the exhaust/intake manifold gasket. Ends up, the very rear bolt was gone...which lead to...
