You likely won't. Good spacers are going to bolt onto the original flange and to have enough room for lug nuts to recess in, 1" is about as thin as you go. For slide on spacers, 1/4" is about as thick as I would ever consider, assuming you have longer studs that allow a full engagement of lug...

Relays typically only use less than a .25 amp, so if you are using relays to switch the high current load, the controller will have no problem handling switching the relays.

Plan is to Raptor Liner the box and I am going to use the tintable version and use the paint code. It won't be identical but should look good. Box is too wavy (worse when hot/in sun) for real paint.
