There's a 2018 Black Series Dominator for sale on the other side of town. I was ready to pull the trigger but then watched setup videos and....I changed my mind. Gotta be fast and easy.... Thanks for sharing - amazing how many manufacturers are out there I'd never seen or heard of.

Not much to contribute other than encouragement. There's another fiberglass service-body-trailer-turned GREAT camp trailer in here - I'll try to find it soon. I'm also in the "been staring at trailers here for a few years now" category and the hard-to-find fiberglass SB's are interesting...

You're right (re: capitalism remark), entirely too broad/general a statement on my part. Witnessing numerous companies operate under a modified set of priorities after being purchased doesn't mean capitalism itself is bad....

Got an example? Never heard of that... Agreed on the 12V refrigerators....

I've seen my share of intense focus on profit above all else also in the software world (I've helped out with a LOT of M&A over the years). New business owners generally look at P&L statements on a daily basis and want rapid returns on their investments oftentimes at the expense of the quality...

Some really good feedback there - "reasonable expectations", due diligence items to pay particular attention to, WHO these trailers are probably best suited for, etc. As much as I'd like to think I lean towards the harder-core offroad crowd, reality is that I get to camp less and less as time...

Thank you for weighing in - I've seen a few E3's online, added to my research list. Budget - I'm cheap (not broke). By "cheap", I mean I worked long and hard to get where I'm at and won't ever quickly justify parting with tens-of-thousands of dollars for a frame/axle/box/combo of questionable...

Beefed-up pop-ups intrigue me, seems like a worthy candidate as I continue to dwell about getting a trailer. If anyone knows, based on experience, of reliable and solid pop-ups, please share your thoughts. A few things I'm specifically interested in: doesn't leak fast to deploy and fast to...

What are the generally recognized problems with pop-ups? Weak cabinetry, stables, what else? I also keep thinking that a beefed-up pop-up might be an option for me. I can stomach general "repairs" but if these things leak all the time, fall apart, can't be towed on freeways at >50mph, etc...
