Are you planing to do most of the interior fit out yourself? If so, your going to be spending a lot of energy going up and down a set of steps during the effort. Something stable will prove helpful as you need to carry materials and tools in and out. You might consider building a temporary set...

A Long Road Trip. From Tennessee to Argentina.

The InReach works for me. I watched you cross the border in near real time today. Its a pain to view on an iPhone though. I tried to view your blog on my PC, but McAfee reports that your site contains malicious code and doesn't open it.

    Front hitch mount

I'm afraid what you want will require a custom build. Don't forget that you'll have to maintain the ability to tilt the cab forward.

    Our New Fuso FG Build

Thanks for posting a link to your blog. You have a lot to do and not much time to do it in. Try not to burn yourself out. Something that might prove helpful is to tape off the camper's interior space on the floor using painters tape. It'll help with spacial awareness as you move about the...

How Much Longer Until Diesel Is Phased Out?

Being the owner of a late model diesel truck, I should get my diesel fuel for free. I'm driving around an air scrubber. The air being drawn in, is dirtier than what goes out the tail pipe.

    Tenkara and Tenkara Rod Co.

It's all technique. When the vegetation gets heavy you can telescope the rod down and grasp higher up on the rod. You can shorten your line too and use what's called a bow and arrow cast. You grip the line between your thumb and forefinger, point the rod in the direction you wish to shoot the...

    Our New Fuso FG Build

If I were to guess, you had to debate the hand holds on either side of the rear opening? You didn't want them, but Morgan said they had to be present for liability reasons. It looks like there's no brake, tail and backup lights on the cargo body. I take it your planning on incorporating them...

    Tenkara and Tenkara Rod Co.

There's no need to pay $300 for a tenkara rod, TenkaraUSA is running a Black Friday Sale on their rods starting on Nov 19th. When playing and landing the fish, its all in the technique. The tippet is the weak link and should break prior to the rod tip. Spacial awareness is also important...

    Our New Fuso FG Build

Its a mix of steel, aluminum with a wood floor. Wall thickness depends on body configuration and materials used. Morgan does have their own internal engineering group and custom orders are available. To install a solid back wall, it's prudent that you install an entry door first. Morgan's Web...

    Electrical Question

Try not to mix battery types, different battery types often require different charge rates. Some Gel Cell and AGM batteries may require special settings or chargers.

New Off Road Teardrop trailer....my home away from home!

Will there be a brakes on the trailer hubs? Not that the trailer is large and needs them, but there will be a situation offroad, where you will have to disconnect it from the vehicle and tire chocks will prove problematic. http://cablecraft.com/products_hand_controls_brakeLever.html

    Tenkara and Tenkara Rod Co.

I also fish Tenkara, but have yet to catch a single trout. I have caught hundreds of bluegill and even a few bass. As per the Tenkara technique, play the fish weakly if it fights strongly, play the fish strongly if it fights weakly. You work the fish close enough to grab the line, then pull...

    Edgestar Fridge vs Yeti Cooler

I'm a cooler guy myself. I try to manage the contents to prevent the food from swimming in the water. I can lift the bucket out, drain off the water, add more ice and drop the bucket back in. http://theboatgalley.com/ice-box-cooler-food-storage/

    Introduction from another tragic

What air pressures are you running in the tires? Unless your running the truck at its maximum GVWR there's no need to run the tires at their maximum air pressures. Try reducing them down to 45psi in the rear and 55psi in the front.
