FWIW, I keep sending info requests to StoryTeller about the status of them making Adventure Trucks. No replies. Makes me reluctant to consider them for a van purchase also. Sportsmobile and Field Vans are very responsive.

Pretty sure they were $375,-000 in 2018. That's one reason why the Federal Reserve is raising interest rates to put the economy in a recession. I don't see prices going back to 2018 levels, but perhaps they will stop going up 10% to 15% each year.

Yes, their website says the body is made by ITB. The lightweight and strong extruded aluminum body is manufactured locally by ITB. With over 40 years of experience building bodies, you can be confident the GRID body is built strong, and built to last.

I like the layout and overall size, but with all that aluminum frame and skin it seems like it might not be great in cold weather.

I don't know. It looks more appealing than an EC and less than half the price. Delivery in 2024 doesn't sound all that good though.

Another consideration is that the AeonRV has no propane. That's appealing to not have to deal with another fuel. The Ekko is a bit longer, but only about a foot. I do like the sleeping arrangement in the Ekko. Easy in and out of bed. Now, maybe if either of them had the new Transit Trail options...

The paint on my pop top started fading while the factory paint was still fine. Cost me $2,200 just for the top, but they did a good job. What ever happened to Earl Scheib Paint & Body? They used to do an entire car for $199 or something.

Had a quick conversation with them this week and they indicated that pricing was in the $275 to $300 range for well equipped units.
