Yellowkayak, Thanks for your help, I finally found the product i was looking for.

Yes its a new tarp that came out. It allows water, dirt and sand to go through, but does not allow it to come from the ground side back to the top surface side.

Does anyone know the name or link of the company that makes the ground tarps, that allows the dirt and water to flow through ? I saw it a while back here on the forum, but I can't find it. Thanks in Advance!
