    Nope, running it from the trucks lead acid battery to a victron dc-dc charger set to lithium to my 2, 12volt LiFePo4 batteries. It has been working flawlessly for 1.5 years. I believe this is what the OP was asking about in his original post.

    We use a 1Up rack on a Wilco Off Road Hitch swing. We both ride Trek E-bikes. Mine is a full suspension carbon Trek Rail 9.7 and my wife rides a street Trek Alant 8s. I also have a Trek Alant 8s that stays at home. The nice thing is that the batteries are all interchangeable.

    I think you may have a typo on your Rear GWAR (GAWR) #. Looks like the 11,500 pounds maybe the GVWR not rear GAWR/GWAR.

    I used any existing holes (I used rivets in those locations) that were in the bed and used the lip of my camper to attach the upper parts of the camper to. I did not need to drill any holes in the bed.

    Yes that is the stuff, my only concern is that it may ding or get small dents in it pretty easily. I do not know much about that material.

    I went with 80/20 aluminum extrusion and birch veneer for the cabinet enclosures. I may change the birch out for thin aluminum sign board.
