The Dobinsons would be better. The TRD has Bilsteins and less robust springs than what is in that package. But if you go Tunda you have a lot of other suspension options available if you were to upgrade.
Since you said you wanted to do shocks anyway Dobinsons does a 1.75" or a 2.5" lift for your truck. Just shocks and springs. Easy-peasy. Exit off-road is a credible supplier as well. A nice upgrade over stock suspension for sure...
The rig is looking great! Just curious wasn't the original plan to have someone else build out the inside? Are you still going to do that and if not what made you decide to do it yourself?
I agree with you, and I am thinking of buying a G550 but I would want to downsize to an 18" wheel if I did. It would be nice if there was a nice set of icon wheels that could fit this vehicle.

Yes that is true. I would have thought that GXV would have wrapped them in a heated blanket the way they do with the grey water tanks. We will have to wait for the owner to chime in on that one.
An interesting aside is that the newest Mastervolt batteries have temp sensors and are self heating...
