I contacted the seller. It took a lot of effort to convince him to send me current photos of it. It is in Lake Isebela, CA (not Marina del rey). He will not say if it has slow or fast axles. I'm a little skeptical that it has California plates. These are the photos that he sent me...

That photo is also from the ER's web site. It seems odd to post something so expensive on CL and then not even put any actual photos of it. I just sent them an e-mail requesting some more photos.... We'll see if they write back. Michael

We've been makings steady progress, but you can really start to see it come together recently. All the painting is done and we are starting to reassemble all the refurbished parts. Michael

A little update. The project is coming along well. We finished all the frame painting last week. It was a ton of work, but it turned out quite nice. We just started cab paint prep this weekend.

I've been thinking about the value of the fuel in our tank as well. I think we will stick with the stock fuel tank for now and possibly upgrade later. I was also thinking of adding a second tank behind the stock tank, but we opted to mount an under bed cargo box there instead. Michael
