Well its been a minute. Ive been busy with a thousand projects this summer. Thankfully a lot of them involve the Blazer. We've taken it camping a couple times since Expo and Ive been able to slowly chip away at the endless to-do list even though Im in Flagstaff and all my tools are in Phoenix...
You need to use an aftermarket manual hub conversion from Spyntec($$) or Dynatrac($$$). They have the correct tone ring that can be wired into the chassis to keep the RSC happy. Chris @ujoint can probably help you if you need more info.
Tore into the camper some more today. I should finally have some videos up in the next day or two. My computer decided it no longer wants to be able to edit videos so I went ahead and ordered a new one that arrives tomorrow. Trying to step up my documentation game a little.
Got all of the...
Thanks for the love!
I tore into the interior a little further this weekend. Im working on getting some better videos up as well but that might take a bit longer. Ive got the interior stripped to essentially just the paneling. There are a few spots that need to be replaced which unfortunately...
I actually just found another one and brought it home last week. I will be documenting the restoration of it on here and on CK5.com. Let me know if you might be interested in buying it once Im done. Here is the build thread I started...

Turd van is lookin rad. Since it sounds like you're going to wheel it pretty hard, have you thought about some kind of U-bolt flip to gain ground clearance under the front axle?
Thanks guys! If you or anyone else happens to be going to Overland Expo West, the truck will be on display in the Four Wheel Campers booth. Please stop by and check it out.

Im pretty proud of this one. First time building something this substantial from scratch. I think it turned out really well. Ill be sure to get some feedback in a couple weeks at Overland Expo though. For now, its great to have a spare on the truck again and be able to...
Initially the back of the bumper was completely open. When the tire swing was "out" it was flexing the bumper pretty badly so I decided to add a brace directly underneath the hinge, where Ive drawn a yellow line here. Forgot to take a pic.
And then I boxed in that end of the bumper. Only issue...
