Charging the trailers battery from the vehicle

If you already have separation/isolation set up on the truck, the trailer battery would be parallel with your "house battery" on the truck. I've done the same using a 8 gauge wire thru the 7 pin plug. When parked, current draw will be from both the trailer battery and the truck "house battery"...

Safari Cab "Overland Camper" Trailer Build

Here are a few of my fav's. If you split the roof and end panels down the center, that would allow another "insert panel" to make it wider- http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=QpauUSmtJmA http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=TUa8foxCvDQ...

Safari Cab "Overland Camper" Trailer Build

How sweet! I see a lot of different possibilities here, if you were to design & fabricate all the panels (roof too) to allow for multiple inserts, a person would have the ability to construct a dual axle trailer, 12-14 ft long, with 6.5' headroom. The maybe us Americans could have something...

What is it I've got? Rear Diff

Hi, I'm hoping someone can enlighten me, I'm trying to determine what diff I have in my 95 Taco 4x4. 1. I was told by Marlin that I probably have a 8.4 diff. 2. I read on one forum, the ring actually measures 8", the .4 is something to do with the series or mat'l. 3. I see on one site listings...
