Good start. My dad had an '07ish Xterra in that color and now i have a '17 Frontier with the manual trans. Great setup, looking forward to see what you do with it.
True. Also sucks all 255/80 17s are E-rated and ~20lbs per tire heavier than stock tires. At least if 255/75 17 or the stock size 265/70 17 can be found easily in SL or C-rated within 10lbs of stock tire weight.
They are the best looking trucks. Too bad the option packages are so weird on them. No 3,5tt in a single cab short bed from ford. No heavy duty tow package, etc. Also wish they had sliding back windows...

Any pics of exactly how far out of the wheel wells your tires/wheels stick? I'll admit, the one reason i have not gone for the titan swap is i hate the look of the tires outside the wheel wells.
So you want to pull 2-3k slowly up and down off-road trails? Try it and find out. I imagine you'll discover it just isn't that much fun. Make sure you can monitor trans and coolant temps. I assume, you have an auto trans, which will help with the drivability. As mentioned, make sure you...
I've ridden a friend's 890 Adventure S a few times. I'm very tempted to sell my 690R (quite modded, dirt and sumo setups) and my old R1150GS to consolidate to an 890R...
