Same boat. Being in the SE US, AZ is just too far to travel right now. FWC has the advantage of a dealer network, so I can pick up my camper in Georgia or NC.
So I got some answers to my own questions.
If anybody is interested, FWC is currently estimating a 7 month lead time, and they require a 15% down payment.
