So I blew another damn u-joint! So I took it to Chevy and I had to get a new driveshaft, with u-joint and yoke. Had to get it all done right before I was going to drive to AZ to go quail hunting. It did dent my exhaust and fuel tank skid But made it out to hunt and had a good weekend...

I'm a " flight mechanic" which is kinda like a crew chief. I fly in the back run radios and our FLIR camera. I am also qualified to run our hoist to deploy our swimmers and recover survivors.

Ordered some tires before we went camping and they arrived a couple days later. I went with 305/70/17 Toyo AT2s in an E rating. So far they ride smother than the BFGs I had before, with slightly more road noise. But, that was to be expected with a more aggressive AT. Let's hope they last as long...
