Yes, I believe it could be done with some forethought and planning. We never did it because we have a total of 6 boxes that are accessible without removing the tie downs. We just kept our most frequently used items in those boxes.

Our entire floor plan revolved around moving this electrical panel. The weeks that Greg spent removing unnecessary wiring has paid off because not only was he able to move the panel, he reduced it to about 1/3 of its original size.

It took about 2 weeks to gut and clean up the wiring enough to move on. We removed so much wiring but at least we shouldn't need to buy any! Didn't take a ton of pictures but we took a lot of video.
