I used to have the same Hannibal tent. It was a beast. Very good quality. The only issue I had with it was the cover.

I was seriously considering one of their tents. I looked at alu-cab ones also. But in the end I ordered an Autohome one. The Italians have looked after their quality and their reputation and their customers very well over the years and they had a carbon fiber tent which no other company has so I...
I love their design but I have heard some big issues with alignment. The stitching, electrical, leaks, one guy posted a while back with a tape measure showing that it wasn’t even square. They would have a killer tent if they could get the quality taken care of.

The load ratings for the roof bars that you left a link for show that the maximum load is 100kg. With the weight of a roof rack plus two adults, the weight rating would be not enough.

I have heard that the quality issues are 50/50. One person ends up with a great tent and the next person has a tent that should have been rejected.

The only thing that separates the James Baroud tent and the cheapest tents made in china are customer service. You are paying a huge premium for that customer service so I would make sure that you get what you paid for.
Which system would you recommend for someone that you wants to take good photos but not take bulky camera gear with them? Something that is not too hard on batteries and fairly robust for dust and vibration and bumps and water?

It is on 33” mid tire. I have tightened it as tight as possible with the ratchet strap. But even though it is actually so tight that it is making an imprint in my tire, it still wants to slip down.
