It was a busy and succesful week.
Differentials are built and installed . I did install at friends house and was not able to get many pictures.
Under the knife...
Space is a bit limited behind the back seat where the compressor is mounted, most of them time the ARB solenoids are mounted...
Rear diff is built and ready for install.....
Decided I would feel better if I went ahead and sprung for a new battery before the trip. A good friend has been trying to talk me into trying a Duralast Platinum. It appears these are a rebadged Odyssey battery. I have never owned an Odyssey but...
Crunch time is fully upon me.....
Diffs are out and at a friend's who is rebuilding them and installing the ARB's.
Loaded up housing and misc. goodies to take to another friends place who will be helping me install.
Xterra H233B is sprung under so I will have to cut/remount perches on top...
Picked up the parts donor rig with the shop roll back .
I have made a slow start getting it stripped. I have been very pleased with the condition of the parts I am to reuse.
Goodness started arriving today....
Quick question for you. Did you have to order diffrent carrier bearings? I am doing a full rebuild and am not sure if the bearings that come with the rebuild kit will work or not.

Been quiet for a while but am excited to share that I found a bunch of parts that I been searching for for quite some time.

2014 Polaris RZR 800. Fun toy !!
Bit the bullet and installed some hand controls to make driving it a bit easier. Well worth the effort and expense. Before I couldn't quite be as rambunctious as I...
Took some time today to bolt up the wheeling rubber, check clearance etc....
I really love the look of the more aggressive tire on the factory wheel.
Ride and drive did not suffer as much as I had anticipated, I used Equal for balancing and am very pleased. Noise is real.....

I'll get some better pics and I think you'll see what I'm talking about.
Worked out a deal with my buddy who built my rear bumper. He has been working on my sliders. Once again I am super pleased with the work he is turning out.
Driver side is tacked to together. We mocked it up on the truck one last time and I snapped some pics.
We tried to come up with a...
