I’ve thought about doing a H1 Hummer jack too, but all of my experiences with a scissor jack haven't been great. It could be very handy in a lot of situations And I’m sure this jack is much more stable than most. In this situation I think theres a lot of things that I could’ve done to get out of...
I do carry an OEM jack as well. Actually it’s out of a 4 Runner as well because of the higher weight rating haha. If I’m working on a Toyota and it gets totaled, I keep the jack. Sorry to anyone thats bought a totaled out Toyota and was missing the jack! I have a set of the Mini Maxtrax but have...
I‘ve been doing this a really long time and just recently almost got my self into a bad spot. I’ll start by saying I carry pretty much everything, definitely the over prepared type, collision technician by trade, and very handy. My vehicle is pretty heavy, 8000k lbs ish loaded. We were on the...
Looking good! I’m glad to see more tundras on here. Curious about which sliders you go with, I’ve been thinking about them also.

What size are your Toyos in that picture? Your truck looks great with both! I’m a little surprised to hear that the Nokians are a little stiff for ice. Hopefully the studs help? Mine will be here tomorrow, wheels came in today.

I ended up ordering the Nokian Hakkapeliitta LT2 in a 315/70/17 along with some 17” Icon Six Speeds. I’ll post some pictures when I get them mounted up. I’m stoked to have found a 35” true studded winter tire. Thanks Kyle.

Thanks for the replies so far!
Does JW Speaker offer anything self contained with mounting brackets? I’ve only seen OEM fog light and headlight replacements.
The DOT Rigids have a very sharp cut off. They won’t blind drivers if aimed correctly. They also have a DOT driving light that I’m...
I’m looking for recommendations for fog lights and driving lights for my Toyota Tundra. I just put on an Addicted Offroad bumper, so it’s time for some lights. My last vehicle had Rigid D2 in a driving beam for my driving lights. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the color, it made my eyes tired. And...
I wonder what a set of these goes for?! That’s what I want, I’ll have to call some of the wheel companies about a 17” for the Tundra. This is 1.2” taller than their largest 18.

Unfortunately I can’t really go down a wheel size. A lot of people have issues fitting 17” wheels that are not OEM and any smaller won’t fit. I tried finding OEM Rock Warrior wheels, but they’re pretty rare and I don’t want to deal with trying to find a replacement if something happens to one...
That makes me feel better about the $1200. We don’t stop camping and adventuring in the winter. We live outside of Vail Colorado. Last two winters I just ran my all terrains. First winter was ok, second not so much. Before that I’ve always ran blizzaks, except for my Jeep that had 37” tires on...
Thanks for the replies everyone. I think I’m going to go with the Nokian’s. Just trying to get behind the price haha. I was quoted $1200 installed. Not happy that it’s a 33”, but I need the best traction that I can get this winter.

I’ve bought a few different lights from superbrightleds.com and have been impressed. They’ve been around for a long time and offer a great warranty. My Rigids are nicer. I have a 40” superbrightleds that was around 200$ that is very nice.
Edit: I’ve never measured lumens or amp draw.
