    Basil Lynch's 2000 F250 Expedition camper build

What do you think of the Bilstein 5160’s? Do you have much side to side sway when moving around in the camper? I’m thinking I made need to replace the Donahoe mono tube shocks I’m running now.

Flatbed FWC Hawk Great thread and I have a long way to go yet to review it. Thought I’d go ahead and post up my project. Still have a few kinks to work out but pretty stoked so far.

    Basil Lynch's 2000 F250 Expedition camper build

Thanks Basil. The link points to non-powered, manual mirrors. I think you said the ones you have are powered?? My rig is a 2002 with powered mirrors, like yours I'd think. It's always tough finding good reliable aftermarket options so having folks like you willing to share your experiences helps...

Sweet rig. Curious what you think of your Atlas setup? What shocks are you running?

AT Built FWC Flatbed Hawk Not quite done with the build, but I though still worth sharing perhaps.

    Basil Lynch's 2000 F250 Expedition camper build

Can you tell us which Amazon mirrors you chose? Are they the powered ones and if so how did the install go? Were you able to get them wired to the existing plug? I so want to upgrade to the new style mirrors and the OEM parts are stupid expensive. Let us know what you think of these as far as...

    Basil Lynch's 2000 F250 Expedition camper build

I’ve seen some folks use a 4’ aluminum step ladder, modified by removing the legs opposite the steps and rigging a means to secure to the side rail of the camper/bed. Fairly cost and space effective solution and what I may use. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Basil Lynch's 2000 F250 Expedition camper build

Were these custom built for your rig based on it’s weight or did they have a “stock” custom setup they use. I’ve got a build in progress where I think a new spring setup will be in order too. Very interested to hear what you think of these after some testing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You should be able to return the Amazon purchase if you weren't able to cancel in time. Just cite the web description as being inaccurate and there should be no charge to return. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Flatbed FWC on an AT modified RAM

If you used PhotoBucket there's a good chance files are inaccessible unless you pay for their premium service or some such BS. I have heard bad things about PB of late. Sad. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I had started down this road as well and received support from others here. I ran out of bandwidth and haven't pursued further. I have images and some measurements. PM me or look back in the thread. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    ExPo's 2000 7.3 Excursion Build

Thanks all for the lift/wheel/tire info. I've started a shared spreadsheet linked here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wF-U5eFv5FbgqeAc7LOBkd_k86RaLs-TRKGzl9g7vI4 I'm planning to share elsewhere but hoping this will become a useful resource for folks. Some recent posts still lack...

    2001 F350 4x4 7.3L Powerstoke Diesel all-purpose build

07 HD Headlight Swap After you cut this piece out, is this what you modified and put back in? If you just removed the old section, where do you mount the 07 assembly to? And my final question, do you have a recommended source for the 07 HD headlights or is a Google search the way you...

    2001 F350 4x4 7.3L Powerstoke Diesel all-purpose build

Amazing build and a great thread. Thanks for bringing us all along on this cool journey. I'm starting an expedition build with my 02 F350 PSD and will be pulling some of your mods for my work. I'm always looking for ideas and learning from those who have taken the time to post and enlighten the...
