    Folding step & hitch

For occasional trailering I decided to have the hitch flow down and include a step that folds also. A few 5/8 bolts remove to fold as well as two diagonal braces. A spring holds the folding step up for backing up against loading docks. The aluminum ramp for camper access is 10' long and...

that is a lot to try and fit inside a vehicle with 21' OAL? The bikes are what I struggle with, awkward to keep inside and be able to move around.

Loud radiator fan on 2017 Fuso

Thanks Howard, if you have any info on brands, types, or thickness of insulation send it my way. I want to be sure what I buy is temperature and moisture tolerant. Mine just has one skimpy piece directly over the engine, plenty of bare metal under there to add insulation onto.

    Mitsu Fuso Camper examples

Quite a difference between this COE and conventional diesel PU I have owner. I have owned several Dodge Cummins and Powerstrokes. I have owned 2WD Isuzu in the past also so I was expecting the over the wheel, straight axle ride. It is a rough ride, even on the smoothest re-paved interstates...

    diy Aluminum camper/camperette

Having access to equipment like that opens a lot more build possibilities. I think monocoque is the term used for construction where the skin is part of the structural component, try googling around for that concept. Intended use may play into the decision, I've found aluminum a tougher...

My 10 foot camper works out to a 5200 btu/ hr load, approx 1.5 KW, maintaining 70F at 0F outdoor. With only 80 square feet...
