Anybody done this- ARB front bumper on a 73-87 GM fullsize?

I worked at pick up accessories store for a while and from what i remember... The newer truck is narrower by a few inches and the profile from the top looking down is a 170 degree or so shallow v. Yours is pretty much 180 flat. It would take a lot of hacking to get it done. You'd have better...

not for USA: new "global" Ford Ranger

Last time i heard they were replacing the ranger with an updated F100. That was a couple of months ago. And as far as the F150 being to big, its about the same size as the 80's early 90's models. The Late 97-03 models were lambasted at the beginning for being small for a full size truck. All...

    Contemplating building my own camper

This is a fascinating thread. I'd like to try all these techniques, but due to $$$ and accessibility, will probably do a 1/8" ply or FRP/foam/1/8" panelling construction plan. I'm planning on using PL adhesive or sikaflex, and some of the water based FRP adhesive from Titebond. Its basically...

    Almost Didn’t Make It Back….

Like everybody else has said,,,,I'm glad y'all are all ok! Whew! Looks like the RTT is gone, will your car insurance cover the cost of it? Just curious. Nobody's mentioned it yet, but after you found out everybody was ok, and your son had no concussion, I would have gone to the nearest...

    A-semetrical boot fitment

Take a look at White's Boots, I don't know if they make anything you'd like but here's their order process: step 1. order a catalog step 2. take out the order form and trace your feet (both left and right) with a good pair of socks on Step 3. measure around the ball of your foot, instep, ankle...

Photos of mid-sized vehicles - Post Here

don't know bout the colorado or dakota, but the ranger badge is going away along with the truck they have had for a few years, but will be replaced with the international truck and be called the F100. I hope they don't get rid of the colorado, it looks like a pretty useful platform.

    Carl's Home-built Popup Scheme/Build thread

Good Luck! I have been considering a hard sided pop u build. I dont have a lot of faith in a soft sided design based on the attachment of the canvas to the frame. How do you plan on accomplishing that?

    Hard-Side Tacoma Popup build

Cool camper! I am currently in the process of building something similar. I was going to scrap the hard sided pop up idea because of my design and the cost associated, but this seems to be a fairly reasonable compromise between cost and utility.

How would you outfit this custom LJ?

Dang it! Man, your tops are so cool, i'm gonna have to go out and find me a LJ somewhere so i can buy them. Whenever they become available. I've never owned a jeep before and i'm more interested in an ole cj7 or cj8, but your tops sure make the post AMC era jeeps more desirable. I grew up on...
