Unfortunately, the TC is still for sale. It is my son's--and because of his job, he is unable to use it as he had planned. He's dropped the price to $8500. As indicated above, a brand new AC was installed last summer... that was a $1000. Very nice, clean unit.

Almost 3" of rain, and while the leaks weren't as bad, not completely cured. I got the top sealed, but the back wall to the floor was soaked. The flooring looks horrible. Am going to investigate more tomorrow. I think it is coming from the top of the door. Spent today repairing the lift...

Just Jeff, Phoenix did send straps to prevent the collapse. So far it's good. As far as buy back, that won't happen. I spent the weekend applying the eternabond to the roof. As Mr T would say, "I pity the fool" that would have to ever remove that stuff. Sticky is an understatement...

Mino, I understand about the condensation. When I was stationed in Germany, we used silica gel tubs/packets all over our apartment. I'm wondering if those would be effective when there is no/limited power sources. The ones we used overseas were absolute lifesavers in the rainy seasons...

Thanks Mino. I ordered the eternabond on line; should be here this week. I looked at going through the wall with a bolt... on the outside in that spot is my awning. Will have to ponder this one a while.

Victoria, What size eternabond tape did you go with? the 2" or 4"? Did you use the white? I was thinking gray since the roof is already that color. Was one roll enough?

That would be nice--but a replacement or refund is not an option. (Long story, I did ask... Customer service is lacking, to say the least.) The "fix" for the water damage is using Tilex. Given how much is needed to clean it, I don't know how mold would survive unless I just didn't stay on...
