Been welding again lately and after reviewing pictures of Hannibal and their cost, I think I'm going to fabricate some folding arms and brackets. Then I'll have the Mrs. Sew a cover and bag. When all else fails, make it yourself.

FYI, using spacers like these on the front of a D2 require raised lower shock mounts in the front, like RTE... RTE Lower Shock Mount I have some lower RTE mounts I can sell too. But I'll have to find them. Probably on the welding table under a pile of scrap metal :P

I have a used Rovertym gas tank skid. They sell new for $345 plus shipping. RTE Gas Tank Skid Skid plate was on my truck for a few trips. Has some scratches and use but no dents and its NOT bent at all. $200 as is or.... for $250, I'll strip it, sand it, passivate it and rattle can with rust...

I had a Hannibal RTT on my disco at one point, and I also had a full Hannibal setup, RTT, awning, rack on my old RRC. I agree they are nice. But very expensive was my point. So expensive I would never buy their stuff retail. Shade is free. I don't need it for $1000.

The problem with Hannibal is the price. $6xx, $7xx $9xx for an awning is CRAZY. What kind of discount? I really want an awning for my truck, actually two, but I dont think I could ever justify that price point. So, how much for the 2.4M and 1.4M (small and large size) shipped to 91001?
