Hey all! Has anyone had any problems with the bar you use to push the roof up losing it's alibilty to stay tight? Not sure how to explain it but one side has lost the ability to click into place and stay that way. Pretty upsetting seeing we've only used it 10 times or so now.
Also has anyone...
Merry Christmas and congrats!!
I can't answer the question about your truck but we plugged into a 50amp campground with no problem and everything was working fine. We also have a converter for our regular 120v outlets and plugged it into the house with the converter with no problem (the ac...
Thanks!!! We looked at kingdom camping also at the ATS one but the price range was a little too high for us. We also looked at Colorado trailers for the base unit and then we're going to do all the work ourselves to build it out but the model we were looking at was like 18k and well getting the...
If you go on the obi site there's a 1 page manual for the dweller lol. It includes info on the awning. Ours didn't come with a manual for the awning either but had manuals for everything else.
We've had our dweller13 for 3 weeks now, 8 nights in it (only 1 site with hookup, the rest we're all boondocking). And we only had water for 2 nights on our first trip testing it out in TX before our long road trip. Our current trip has freezng temps so we winterized before leaving, and we've...
Not sure if anyone responded to this but there's a posy from a while back of someone saying that the material the wet room is made of doesn't like caulk. They used a 3m waterproof type tape instead.
Did you ever find the issue with the E1 error message on the fridge. We get the same thing when we have full battery power and the batteries are charging from the solar.
What fox shocks did you get? Were looking to upgrade ours and there's great posts on here about the size and stuff but we're still clueless what to order
Yea I can totally see that. The sucky part is getting parts from manufacturers. We found a good rb mobile guy who knows about Australian campers to fix ours instead of taking it to the dealer. He was actually able to show us how to use everything. I wish we had the money for a Kimberly karavan...
I truly appreciate all your help and advice!!! We have a starlink but not the high performance flat dish. We'll probably upgrade to that and mount it on the roof.
Have a safe trip back and yea I'm sort of dreading our 3,000 total mile road trip we're starting out on tomorrow but we'll just take...
Have you contacted ROA in Utah or NC? They might be able to help you... not sure though. I wanted to buy the camper from them but originally I thought we would have to drive back to Utah to have anything fixed and when I found out that wasn't the case it was too late..
I'm kicking myself in...
Supposedly they're notorious for that. Maybe worse now with the holidays but they were responsive to the dealership 2 weeks ago and sent all the parts we needed within a week. Good luck getting parts!
Yea.. we're going to re gear it so it's not constantly searching for gears so im hoping that helps. I totally agree with you that we're pushing the limit on towing with a taco. We added a break controller and we're going to add some powerbrakes to it also. We may do a supercharge also but I...
If you take off the back of the cabinet in the front of the camper you'll see plywood ☹️ by where it connects..
The idiots at the rv place we got it from installed a new bathroom sink and they just didn't push the connections together enough. It wasn't an after market sink... just in the bathroom
So awesome!! We did that road last year with just our taco. F getting a tundra!! Lol especially the new ones. I was at toyota the other day and they had 5 sitting on the lot with blown out engines. They said a lot of the engines are blowing out at 30k miles. The new 4th gen taco is sweet... we...
Anyone have issues with their dweller not being grounded properly? We're having a 3rd party inspection done and the tech said it's not grounded properly but he can't find a place to ground it. He's on the phone with tech but just wondering.
Edit: we found out our brand new inverter is shot. No...
