Wow! Wonder how much it'll go for?

That is incorrect. The highest trim Outback has been available with a 3.6l flat-six for the last two generations. This is a great looking car, GLWS. We love our Outback; I can't wait to put some black wheels and tougher tires on it - even my wife agrees it looks immediately better!

I'll be most interested to see if this is "backwards compatible" with my TC650 (and even more interested if it doesn't cost as much as trading in for a new camper)...

For real? None of the [commercial] trucks I ever drove had a view through the cargo. Get the towing mirrors and learn how to set/use them.
