Well I am seeing lots of these so not sure why it is not doable
See the video posted in the previous page
We like travel light anyway,
I might chose a track that can be registered in Europe because that is where I am going to retire.
Hilux ? Land Rover ? There is a grizzlynbear youtobe channel...
well that is disturbing ....
but not surprising...
I am redoing a bathroom and the contractors who did this cut so many corners that I am afraid to let anybody else working in my house
I would rather do my homework, read codes standards and anything else, watch youtobe videos and do it myself as...
I do not see myself traveling from Achorage to Ushoaia , to Europe and Australia using one of these
I need something compact light functional and fast. So far it seems that a Tacoma with a pop-up flatbed would do the trick
I do not plan extreme overlanding, if there are remote areas where the...

They usually get you there no matter what product you buy.
So worst case scenario I would buy a shell and a flatbed for a Tacoma when that time comes
I will probably build the rest myself...

As I said for flat beds it does not check the economy of scale theory
These could be easily mass produced using CNCs and welding. It is far less work intensive
I was looking at the flatbeds 10K for one ? Seriously ? What is the extremely good work that is required for these?
As far as I could see these are pretty well a very good match for mass production
The technologies the testing and all the associated costs that a car manufacturer pays to deliver a car to the market are much higher than the similar costs for a manufacturer to deliver a camper to the market. Why are the prices so high ? How is it possible that a car could be around 40K and a...
