It’s not a bad set up if you do used titan parts and a titan m205. If you look you can find the m205 amd if you are putting new axle shafts in and regearing both f&r diffs (if you have a m220) it will meet your intent. Stay around 285s and it would be great. That was my plan before I bought a...
When I had my wk2 with the ome lift I used 32s on Jkr wheels, I think they were 265/70r17s. Unless the trail hawk requires 18s to clear the brakes or you like the wheels 17s will provide more options with more sidewall.

I think there is a member from somewhere on the Arab peninsula that shows some his mods but that’s a late model two door that they got, I think it is the y62 models. Other than one the OP posted and a new gen armada/ infinity variant that is on 35s or 37s, I haven’t seen any. I haven’t been...
Good luck with the registration. Patrols are awesome, but the north American market never saw then. The new armada should of been the fuel to start the fire, but Nissan made it the fugly soccer mom Vic that nobody wanted. The ROW patrol was the land cruiser peer that North America never got...
Old man emu, they are a suspension company that arb owns/ controls. They are a gold standard for most offroad vehicles, not rock crawling or buggy suspension, around the world. They have high levels of engineering going into each suspension part they design for which ever vehicle, resulting in...
I’ll snap so shots of the cap. It’s has the carpeted interior and a led strip for lighting. Windows have a wire mesh so I can air out the bed if I have something in there that smells. Overall I’m pretty happy with it.
photos of the truck as it sits today. It even got a bath over the weekend.
ome struts with 607
Dobinson medium leaf pack
Bfg ko2 dt 265/75r16
Hefty fab sliders
So earlier this year I purchased a set of ome struts and 607 coils preassembled off of a clubfrontier forum member, installed dobinson medium leaf packs and in the rear running ome shocks.
I lost some height front and rear over the on top spacer and oem leaf with aal but made up for it in a...
Coastal offroad seems pretty good. Weld together kits that look good. You can get everything in aluminum also. Shipping to the US doesn’t seem bad either.
I’ve had both. Both sizes are fine. The 265s will fill the wheel well better, personal preference I guess. There was a noticeable weight difference while driving after going from 235 to 265, I went from cooper at3 in 235 to ko2s in 265 both e load. There was a sluggishness when I drove off from...
I honestly think the frontier is a solid contender for these purposes. Tested platform, actual motor that produces more than enough torque below 1700rpms and not pulled from a minivan, plenty of repair parts, fully boxed frame and disc brakes (Toyota doesn’t provide either of these), won’t be...
I know this is kind of an older post but you have any details on how you built your platform? I like how you used the tracks on the bed floor for your vertical support, are they pretty snug is there or is there any play?
Thanks
I ran cooper at3 in 235/85r16 for 50k on my 17’ pro4x. I like them a lot and the drove perfectly fine until I installed my lift and had Nissan do an alignment. After they did the “alignment” (my lower control arms apparently seized bushings and they couldn’t install the cam bolts without cutting...
Has anybody heard anything about this company? They seem to have started making leaf packs for the frontier. In addition to the leaf packs, it also comes with an add a leaf in order to increase load capacity similar to ome hd, the pack is military wrapped on one end and are made in the states...
Have any of the new ranger owners started adding any items yet? Is there any market yet? I know arb had products for the row ranger but, I haven’t seen much in the us yet.
