Yes, 16' is the full length, tail to the tip of the hitch. The frame width is 60", with the wheels and fenders, you would be at 84".

Biggest change is 3000 watt inverter standard instead of 2000 watt, 540 ah of Gamechanger Battle Born batteries standard instead of 200 ah (you can now go up to 1080 ah). The other changes are kind of behind the scenes, engineering changes.
