    EarthCruiser is closing!?!?!

No, no. I'm serious. Kind of like the way psychology majors sometimes like to foray into sales and marketing because they "get" people. Maybe you have consultancy to offer them

    Favorite Swiss Army Knives?

My first was also the Super Tinker. Second was Tinker Deluxe. Agree, it's just a bit too wide for pocket carry, especially if I already have a Leatherman and dont need 2 plyers. I got a bunch of others and then also ended up with a Champ, which is usually in my truck or my lunchbox

Factory single cab Gladiator with a Morgan Olson aluminum box

I saw something about this a month ago or so. Is this just a concept or are they going with it?

Silverado 3500 (Have Solar, Will Travel)

Nice work! I'd love to put some panels atop my Leer bed shell. I've got some TracRac up there as well but want to save that for kayaks or whatnot, and mount the panels right onto the shell.

    EarthCruiser is closing!?!?!

Maybe you should take that degree in anthropology, show it to them, use your dazzling personality to compel them to hire you, and you can tell them how to do it.

If you simply need recovery of a vehicle, you probably should not be using the SOS button. Send a Text to Matt's Off-Road Recovery. Hope you packed a lunch and a big wallet

I sure do see your point. That's what I did. Used GMC Sierra with leather and heated seats, etc. It was less expensive than a new one of a lower trim level for sure. But think of all the young kids just starting out in life. Just out of high school, going to college, working a couple jobs...

    Starlink or Garmin in reach

Sir, in many ways I like where your head is at. I like to stick to tried and true. However, in this case, despite being less than prepared compared to others, I can not disagree with them. It would appear StarLink may actually be less expensive than the Inreach, as you speak about costs...

Yep. Especially if one figures on decorating their porch with my best friend.

    Starlink or Garmin in reach

Correct. If you only have one shot , make it count. Having said that, I have only CB, handheld GMRS, and cell phone at the moment. InReach is no doubt the best at this. But I dont have one. Looking at an Alpha system for my Beagle when out in the field. They are very expensive, but I have...

Here We Go Again…Buy the Hype, Put A Deposit Down, Keep Your Fingers Crossed, and Be Patient

Watch this thing fly off the shelves and prove to all the car companies that people WILL buy small, economical, crank window vehicles to save a buck, and that bloated, "cant have X without also having Y, Z, A, B , C options as well" are a pain in the wallet, upsells. Granted, the posh vehicles...
