Equipt (ie Paul May) is a distributor of expo/overland gear - check out his website. Paul sells (and obviously uses) Eezi-Awn RTT's but you'll find (like most of the retailers/distributors on Expo) his advice is without prejudice.
With respect to your OP - It's not the cold that would worry me...
I have the 18v 300 ft/lb DeWalt - it isn't small, but it is very effective. I'm quite surprised what it can get done. With two batteries you could take apart the truck :sombrero:
Mostly because it is cavernous. And it makes us Lazy glampers :D We can just throw anything and everything into it!
The freezer size of 40L is more suited for a month long safari than our trips or feeding a lot people - a little too much for the two of us right now. This could be the perfect...
I think you mean have I been using them with a filter. The anwer is yes, filters always on. However, I'm not the original owner so I can't speak for them. The front and rear elements are perfect though.
