After using this on several trips I'm still very pleased with it. I've been able to download new maps on the fly using 3G fairly quickly. Routing in the field is easily done and I haven't had any signal problems in dense canopy. No major complaints thus far!
I took care of the leaf springs today. Ran them over to American Spring yesterday afternoon to get them re-bowed and add a leaf. They turned out great, brought the height up 2.5 inches and took the squish out of them. The trailer was bouncy before and now it rides as I expected it should. I...
Rt.66 Shakedown Run
We took it out on a little overnight shakedown trip to a small lake about 30 miles away and made it fun by taking Old Rt.66 as much as possible. We stopped along the way at various little landmarks and the road itself is dirt most of the way. In some locations you can see...
The paint didn't do as well as I had hoped so I bit my pride and took it to the powder coater, Ironhorse here in Flagstaff. It cost a little more to sandblast off the paint but it was worth it in the end. The PC looks great and will hold up well. Ironhorse did a great job so if you're in the...

It needs some touch up paint, I had to grind on the...
I think there's a HAM group here in Flag thats pretty savvy. I'll poke around and find out.
+1 on the ala carte option Dave. I was a "day passer" and burned out the demos and exhibits after a day and a half or solid wondering. I was wishing I could sign up for a few "Experience" classes...
I think the Fuso is in the 3rd picture in post #190. I remember wondering what it was and trying to figure out if the top lowered and then slides forward
