I use propane for car camping and campfire... LED's for lanterns and headlamps... both battery and rechargeable....with the propane being stored outside of the vehicle...
I use white gas for winter camping and climbs.... and rather carry the stove while someone else carries the liquid gas...

I too run on 35" 's and the height is up there... i did without a drawer and dropped the fridge to the floor.....
Also installed a shelf under the fridge that slides out, but did not use a second drawer slide for the shelf....

I have owned the EA brand and AutoHome brand....
Both were/are great and as stated above both have had their short comings whens used on a daily...

Nothing they can do, if say you happen to trip, and fall in the water.......
The water at the time we was there had the consistency of a slushy from 7/11 store.... Yeah i passed... but do have a jar full of Prudhoe Bay dirt / sand.....

It's hard to answer that.. it all depends on how high you set the flame and for how long you have it burning....
