    How many of us bring dutch oven along?

    I'm fairly new to the Dutch oven world, I'll take it if it's a trip at least 2 days at the same camp, I don't bother if se are moving camp ever night, I'm not great at cooking with it yet. Need to pratice then I might take it every trip.

    And remember the bag rating is not a comfort rating, it will just keep you alive at that temp. If you plan on camping in 15 degree weather get a bag rated 0 or lower. You can also get a multi- temp bag that has layers you can add or remove dependant on the weather.

    Anything near the coast is liable to have worse salt issues than from the mountains. Central NC is a safe bet, not much salt here.
