The first thing I did when I got the trailer home from the dealer was to put a carabiner on each tank strap, to keep it from popping open. I’ll check for strap tightness tomorrow, thanks for the heads up.
I have a Very small leak in the roof and I bought enough 4” wide Eternabond to do the whole seam and cover the rivets where the 2 pieces of the roof are joined, thinking I would eliminate any possible way for water intrusion.
The fan was enough fun for today! I’m not sure I can get the...
I have not tried it with this trailer but it will work like that, as long as the supply tank is elevated above the receiving tank. It takes about 2 minutes to transfer 5 gallons.
That’s what I did the last time I moved the trailer. The previous trailer had hand brakes and I think that...
That’s a picture I found and saved when I was looking for mounting options for the Arc jack. My tongue is stock. For now, I still have the original jack on the trailer and mounted the Arc jack on the right side.
It’s a Power Practical Luminoodle basecamp color changing 20’ led strip. I’ve been using it for a couple of years and it’s been great. I leave it on red about 99% of the time, it gives off a nice glow so you can see to make a drink or get a snack without being obnoxious to the eyes or attracting...
A hike we went on this weekend. We only had our phones for a camera
It’s hard to see, but there is a pretty large water fall just up and left of center in the first pic. It’s all from snow run off and completely dry in the summer.
zoomed in on the water fall.
Another quick change made
Added a ball valve to the water tank, where the grain plug used to sit. Now I can drain the tank with a flick of the handle. I also have the option of hooking up a hose so I can direct where the water drains. The original drain plug can be used to keep debris out of the...
That’s me. I don’t have wheel locks on my spare, just regular nuts. Although, it only had 1 nut holding the tire on, so I bought and added the second one. Maybe there was supposed to be a wheel lock on there and someone forgot it? I’m ok with having plain old nuts on there, one less key for me...
Mark delivered our trailer to Big Sky personally and with the trailer being pulled vs trailered, the fridge plug did break by the time it arrived at Big Sky. We received excellent customer service from both Mark and Big Sky. Within an hour of finding the problem and while still at the...
The top on our trailer sits higher on the D/S.
we had a little bit of water come in the front of the trailer, near the P/S window on the way home from our last camping trip(driving in the rain). I thought maybe we left one of the windows cracked open, but maybe we experienced the pump action...
Fed ex dropped this off today! It’s installed and ready to go.
I need to get busy and find a way to install the ark jockey wheel that I pulled off of my last trailer before I sold it. It’s going to require a custom bracket...
The hose and collapsible jug are stored in the sink and I can’t open the kitchen slide enough to get to them while the trailer is in the garage, so I can’t take detailed pics right now, sorry!
The hose is a cheap flexible plastic drain hose from Home Depot. I cut the center out of the water jug...
