Nothing wrong with aluminum just Alum-Line are crappy builds. The welding is downhand and the channels isn't thick enough.
My $0.00002 to fix (welding the other side will delay cracking) this would be to add a 6" long doubler (3/8" flatbar) between and the gusset. The doubler would go flat on...
STI is independent which is better but STI mechanical design and Timbren customer service is a disaster. After 3-4 requests they let me talk to the engineer at Timberen about possible solutions. After 1 converstaion he ghosted me so I came up with my own solution.
They did a good job on the frame.
I'd recommend some plastic isolation (mainly the top pockets where mud/salt will build up) between the steel/aluminum.
These are the Timbren STI axle rod/bushing off my trailer after 5000miles.
Timbren in their wisdom they decided to use dry (no grease/oil) composite bushing with a seal ONLY on one side.
The iron (rust) oxide acted as a grinding compound on both the axle rod and bushing.
Other than...
I use MSR Blizzard stakes.
- tie the guy line to the bottom of the stake then drive the stake into the ground.
- tie the guy line to the middle of the stake then bury the stake horizantally in the ground so it makes T....same can be done with numerous items ...sticks/rock/bags/hiking pole.

The BMS will heats up immediately when in use while the cells on/against a cold /floor/wall remain below freezing. Easiest solution is 360° air circulation around the battery(s) and a Bluetooth thermometer.
Some Lithium batteries will have sensors on the BMS - the case - the pos/neg terminals -...

Adding and an outside vent to the heater is better because the wasted heat if the exhaust can be used the heat the incoming air.
This is a concentric vent I made.
A 3 way is a 2 way with a cheap DC-AC converter. A 2 way running off an inverter is the same thing.
Portable and propane cooling aren't a good combination as propane cooling needs to be level to work properly.
I have DC compressor and 2 way (propane/110V) refrigerators. The propane doesn't...
