Hey folks, what's your go to meals for car camping that don't require scrubbing or plenty of water? I have a griddle/scottle and the requisite cast iron cookware. I'm not a big fan of super saucy dishes 'cause they take a while to clean.

What if the camper is back at home and you just trekked 30 miles over the hills and mountains?

We have the 4 person OVS tent, which is a clone? same factory? as Smittybilt XL and it's been doing just fine on stock rails. The overhang on either side was concerning to me initially, but there have been no issues so far. Some folks have reinforced their roof racks earlier in this thread...

How do you like it? I'm really interested in one of the single Kokopelli models. What are the drawbacks of having a small inflatable like that? I primarily want to try rivers and lakes.
