This has been a long time in the making but glad to finally have it "done." There are still a couple of things I'm gonna do to it as we all know the project is never really done.

This was not in partnership...
I'm helping a friend sell this, I've had it on my truck as well and it's a great camper. It's a rare Falcon model that fits within the tail lights of a 5ft tacoma bed so you can have a tire swingout, the tag on it says 530lbs and it has some custom cabinets that were put in by the 2nd owner...
They were kind of hard to get a hold of but they said they were very interested in doing it and had heard from other flippac owners so I suggest you all email them: http://www.canvasreplacements.com/
I emailed every tent manufacturer in the US I could find a few months ago and have a company that will do it if someone is willing to send their tent in. I sold my flippac so I no longer can.
They are making a locking system for the top.
Also for those that don't visit the home page you can check out my review here:

You do realize the entire bed area opens up and you have a shelf so you can cook and work in a GFC, I do it all the time same as I did in my flippac except my GFC is actually weather proof and doesn't have a giant rainfly that gets soaked.
