My system is what every came factory from the Gen 1 D13's.
Sounds like drop in, but upgrade the battery cables, basically?
I won't add a DC charger from the truck.
If I wanted to do this what do I “have” todo to swap them?
Are they direct drop in, charger settings on the existing system?
I don’t really want to get into a full system change.
AC, ok is there a way to set it so the fan does not blow unless the compressor is on?
Right now my fan blows even if it’s 60 inside and the thermostat is set to 75?
First trip, nothing exciting went to a private camp ground.
Good drive up, it’s 80 miles or so, back roads, up canyons, real pretty.
Handles great, rode nice at 70, stretch about 4 miles.
I’m happy!
Ac definitely not perfect but I’ll live with it.
Pulled great!
Now I got the D13, have a supercharger on the jeep, and an AEV lift kit designed to carry more weight than the stock suspension, 35’s and am re-geared to 4.63’s.
So my experience may be totally different.
The GVWR for each truck is on the door stickers.
We’re on the same page. Payload sticker after you modify or load a truck with tools recovery gear, winches, lift kits big tires etc is not useful as you are deducting payload by adding all that stuff.
Only bonus of that scale is full of fuel...

Trailer loaded with all my camping stuff; linen, towels, grill, generator, full propane full water (both tanks), cooking stuff, chairs etc. everything but food and my bag of clothes.

Lots got done today!
Tested all the systems, filled water, loaded the trailer with all my odds and ends, started cleaning (got 75% of it done on the inside). Got it registered, and the plate mounted. I didn't have a plate holder, I just self tapped it into the plate spot, that what every one...
Ok home and initial impressions.
Only a 15 mile drive home, 10 freeway. Tracked fine at 65, got passed by a simi while I was passing a Class A (4 lane), no white knuckle craziness. Trailer 100% empty, no water in it ect, new off the lot.
Ok the keys, OMG seriously there are how many?!?! LOL...
I really liked my AT3's.
Just went with the new AT Wildpeaks as the 35x11.5r17's were in stock vs the AT3's.
For the thread, probably not helpful, but on a Gladiator 35's with the 2.5" kit fit perfect with no rubbing at full lock, flexed on standard fenders (not Rubi, you could do 37's w high...
I put down on that Dweller 13 this morning!
Traveling next week so pick up hoping for the 12th.
It's a good little unit, in great shape. Dusty but other wise new. Only item I saw in two walk aboughts was the caulking in the bath seperated. I'll fix that with tape as done by one the members...
