    New Tripolina Chair update

zThe bottom of the 'bucket' is 14" from the ground surface. Depending on your build and height you should be able to work at a table up to about 30" high. If people like the chairs, we'll think about other items - stools and tables, etc.

    New Tripolina Chair update

Sojourn and rsbones: We will e-mail everyone on the list when we are ready for orders. I expect that will be by the end of next week. Received final production sample on slings and bags today and they look awesome. Waiting for the balance to be shipped and for a few minor items. Rich - you're...

    New Tripolina Chair update

We are currently assembling chair frames. We are awaiting delivery of seat slings and carry bags from Stitchtech in LA. I am confident we'll have it all together in a couple weeks. It has been a long road to finally get these perfected and into production. See you at Expo!

    Toyo M-55

I have been running M55s on my 80 series Landcruiser (255/85 R16) and my F350 (285.75 R16). I have tried a lot of tires over the years - Michelin, Goodyear, Goodrich... all the way back to Gates Commandos on my first FJ40 Landruiser. I like the M55s on and off the road. The mileage on my LC is...

    Roof Top Tent Question.

Look into 18 oz. vinyl coated polyester - the stuff they make truck tarps from. A maker of boat covers ought to be able to whip one up for you without a lot of trouble.

    Camp Table

I like the Meville and Moon table. A table should be big enough, but not too big. Should fold up small. So, yeah, I have been thinking about tables.

    New Tripolina Chair update

We expect to have them ready before Expo and will have them on sale there. All parts are in house or at Stitchtech in LA. We are actually building frames and waiting for the chair slings and bags to be finished. Should not be too long before we can take (and fill) orders.

Does anyone find this table attractive?

    New Tripolina Chair update

Really don't have a maximum weight rating at this time. They are hell for stout - 1/4" stainless rivets, .064" stainless brackets, frame dimensions beefed up, and we are adding stainless cable stay to front and rear legs below the X bracket. I think anybody that could fit in the chair would be...

Do you leave your RTT mounted?

Miz Lemon, From what I can see of it, I like your truck. Do you need ladder wax or already have some? :wings:

    New Tripolina Chair update

We are building chair frames. Waiting on fabric (seat and carry bag) fabrication - lots of small parts (snaps, glide slides, grommets, etc.) on the way. Still on schedule to have finished chairs before Expo.

Yakima Tracks on SnugTop Questions - '12 Tacoma DCSB

I mounted an AutoHome Air Top on the ARE shell on my F350. The ARE has the same honeycomb re-inforced roof that you describe. We used a set of Yakima tracks. They were supplied with a special set of track bolts and nuts. We drilled through the Honeycomb section near the outer edge, and set the...

    Columbus Carbon mounting

What is the size of the tent - small? medium? What is the outside to outside measurement of the rack?

    Side Vs. Back opening RTT

I find that I use use the rear entry and side entry on my AutoHome Air Top about equally, and I have a swing away ladder on the back of the Landcruiser. Many of our customers with pick-up trucks like a Columbus tent that opens at the rear, as they can mount it on ladder rack - forward over the...
