It’s been super durable no issues so far. Looks the same it did the day I put it on.
I think the key is the chassis saver undercoat. I put 2 coats on, lightly sanded the final coat for before applying the monstaliner. I believe I put 2 applications of monstaliner on as well
If I built another...
That’s a good idea and sounds more flexible.
The routing of wires wasn’t as bad as it looks. I went through the factory boot that I believe is used for the rear taillight, removed 4 of the trim panels and fished the wire through using a zip tie
Next on the list is the cage, which I’ve decided...
The project went on hold for a little while, but I’m attending 100s in the Hills this summer and have been re energized to finish the original list.
As we all know when camping you can never have enough light, work surfaces, and shade/rain protection.

Progress ...
Got everything re-assembled, tailgate storage lid on
Also added an anderson plug to the rear of the box for the fridge. The wires will be run to the second battery up front allowing me just to plug the fridge in when needed.
BRAND NEW in box FJ40/45 front disc conversion kit. Opened to realize this wasn't going to work for me.
If I send it back JT Outfitters I'll have to pay shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Before I do that, wanted to offer it up to expo members and make it a win win for everyone
This is the...
