I have a couple of people interested but it seems I always have. A simularly priced 2020 will run a person near 400k. This one is a very good deal for the buyer that wants a containerable turbo diesel with most of the drivetrain warranty (140,000 mi) left. I leave in a week for Mexico. We will...
We are completly stock as far as the DPF/DEF system goes. Something to note, the PCV filter has a maintenance schedule. It will throw a light on the dash especially at low speeds. Highway speeds it doesnt come on. I believe the factory recommends changing that every 20k miles. See previous...
I was as far south as Veracruz. Through Puebla, Michoacan, Jalisco, Zacatecas, Sinaloa, Chihuahua, Aguas Calientes, Durango,Hidalgo, Mexico, Baja and BCS. No fuel issues. No signs for ULSD at pumps.
Thanks Dale, good luck playing the Lottery. I always have a buch of interest in the truck. Over 100k less than a new one. Loaded with options will drive a new one to nearly 400k and being a diesel this EC has many advantages. I am sure my buyer is out there.
I more week till this goes into storage. We are headed to our home in Mexico. Much easier to show and make a deal on while I am in Colorado. Along with all the extras it also has 68 gallons of fresh diesel fuel.
Hi AMBOT, the bed in my 2018 EXP is indeed 78" long. Corner to corner it is 90". The roof when fully open is 85" tall. The shower area is 90" tall and the dinette area is 79" tall but you are in the process of sitting down as soon as you step up. The door is short and everyone ducks when...
A lot of doubters out there as to the abilities of this truck. Check this video out then make us an offer!
Our EarthCruiser EXP is perhaps the nicest used turbo diesel on the market.
Drive to Baja this winter!
This awesome Earthcruiser is still for sale. We leave for Mexico in 2 weeks and it will go into storage rather than consigning it or giving it away. It is fully loaded meaning it has everything you would need or want for extended overland travel. All Fuso updates completed, full engine, chassis...
I had a few adjustments made after my initial purchase. I would also cover any Earthcruiser warranty items in the first 6 months but this truck is solid and Earthcruiser items are well thought out and work very well. I anticipate no problems and wouldnt hesitate to set off on a world trip tomorrow.
Hi Bill, thanks for the question. I have spent many days and nights below freezing. I am sure a hard sided rig is more efficient to heat than a soft side however, this rig is not at all hard to keep warm as the heater works so well. Even in single digit temps the thermostat is only up half way...
The main difference between an EXP and an FX is that the EXP has a roof that raises and lowers to allow fitting into a shipping container. Because of that lower roofline while driving there is less wind resistance from the front and side, better roof clearance for branches off road, much better...
I would second that on the Earthcruiser/Fuso platform. Ours is also for sale (moving to Mexico). A year and a half ago I drove everything that was an expedition camper and was available for sale in the states. Spent 2 months zigzagging the country and driving trucks new and used. Like GR8ADV...
Sorry, I have been traveling (not in the Earthcruiser) and havnt checked my messages. You can buy an extra warrenty but it may not be through Fuso. There is however a 5 year 175,000 warrenty in place now for the drivetrain. Also, I believe that the emissions system has a 100,000 mile warrenty...
