I just got back from another seven nights in Lake Tahoe in my Dweller 15. I've owned my trailer for over a year and a half. I have spent 42 nights in the trailer this year. No sway issues, as those of you out there with a lot of the trailer towing experience know when towing a trailer especially...
I actually keep a couple of frozen water bottles in my garage freezer. When I do turn the dweller refrigerator/freezer on I put these frozen water bottles inside to help get to temperature quicker. I have the ICECO 90 and haven't had any problems.
My dweller 15 came with an additional set of cables in the plastic bag with all the manuals. I've had the TV on one time. I actually plan to remove the TV completely. In my opinion you're much better off viewing on a tablet or laptop.
I do carry a small gasoline generator with me if needed, believe this or not I've camped 27 nights this year and have not had any rain. California living.
The good news is cooler weather is coming. I would not recommend using bungee cords to tie down your refrigerator freezer. Bungee cords allow things to bounce. Your refrigerator/freezer will be bouncing up and down every time you hit a bump on the highway. Just my thought.
I have not done this yet, it's on my future upgrade list. Part of me feels I don't need DC to DC charging anymore. Typically when I'm driving on the road I'm in full sunlight and the solar system performs well. I also upgraded to lithium batteries.
I have this mattress protector on my Dweller 15. The California King fits perfectly and you are still able to fold the mattress, six sided with the zipper. The only place I found it online was at target.com.

In my opinion the ROA video showing sway on the Dweller 15 is a bunch of BS! Clearly the truck and trailer are not set up correctly. I've towed my Dweller 15 for over a year now with no sway issues I did upgrade my shock absorbers, I do not use a weight distribution system. I do make sure I have...
With the hot summer months quickly approaching us I know many folks are trying to find ways to improve the air conditioning on the dweller. Specifically I'm looking at the dweller 15 and feel there needs to be an improved system to recirculate the cold air. The current air intake found on the...
I'm a dweller 15 owner, It's all about balance you can accomplish the exact same thing that Shane did in this video by filling the front water tank i.e. adding weight to the front of the trailer I'm curious the first dweller that Shane tested did it even have propane tanks upfront? Was it a...
Yes we all know there's a very incomplete OBI Dweller manual. I did find the Opus 15 manual very helpful. Many of the components between the two trailers are almost identical. I'd recommend reading through the link to the manual. Helped me a bunch. https://www.opuscamper.us/op15-manual/
I saw this awning extender on the MDX page the other day. Has anyone seen a similar product that would work on the Dweller? I like how it covers the kitchen. Thanks
Thought I'd share a modification with the group. I really didn't like the white bathroom floor. Didn't stay white long. I had seen some posts on the Opus Facebook page where folks had modified the floor with teak wood. Teakwood is crazy expensive so I went with a vinyl product with suction cups...
Good morning, I'm looking for some advice for DC to DC charging for my OBI Dweller 15 travel trailer. As you know the Dweller comes pre-equipped with a Anderson DC to DC charging cable. I'd like to take advantage of this improved charging. At the same time I need to be careful not to damage the...
I truly think this dealer is mixing up the two models. I've seen a lot of dealers describing in the headline a Dweller 15 but when you look at the pictures it's actually a Dweller 13.
