The W250s normally had 8,000 to 9,000 pound GVW. The W350s normally had 10,000 to 11,000 pound GVW.

Uhmm, started with a stock W250 and added all this crap! Even for a real W350, all the gear would be a stretch. Right now it must be over GVW, despite all the fiberglass. Start with what you need, not modify to this extent.
